Michele Bachmann References Romney to ‘Chameleon’, Tears into Gingrich’s ‘Amnesty’

(VIDEO) The Shark Tank:

Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann made a campaign stop today in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Bachmann’s press conference did not disappoint, as she took the opportunity to tear into fellow presidential candidates Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney. Bachmann took Gingrich to task by saying that he has been “all over the board” with regard to his positions on the issues and has also taken in over $100 million “for the purpose of influence peddling in Washington, D.C.” in 2011.

“He is the original author of the Obamacare back bone which is the individual healthcare mandate.” -Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann

Bachmann then directed her criticism at Romney, calling attention to Romney’s support for same-sex marriage, the failing Romney-care measure in Massachusetts, and added, “they are not interested in a chameleon.”

When asked about Gingrich being upset with her regarding comments she made about his immigration position and his assertion that she was “factually challenged,” Bachmann replied that, ”Gingrich’s real challenge is a memory challenge.”
